I think the location appliance has been replaced with the MSE.

I also noticed that some Microsoft devices such as Active Directory and 
Certificate Server that in the exam topology are not available from IPExpert 
has offered. The Location appliance is also not there; they also did not make 
mention of any wireless IP phone t work with. These devices are essential 
devices in the CCIE wireless lab.
IPExpert need to come down on the pricing for the rack rental and workbooks. 
They are way too expensive.
