I'm good with the WLC as well, and I would like to help. I've got a week old newborn at home, so my priorities have changed a bit. I can try to help out with hardware as well. I've got switches and APs, as well as a 2003 server that I can put ACS and WCS on. If one of my 2106 frees up, I'll offer that as well. I'm thinking of writing some scripts that will back up configs and reset equip to default to facilitate running scenarios.

I have a few ideas that i would like to share with the group and would appreciate any feedback you may have. We have a lot of brain power in the group. We also have folks at different levels of experience and knowledge. We need to harness this power in a way that will aid you and others in the group. 1) We should get an idea of who is active and studying 2) Who is testing and when so we can focus on specific needs to get that person(s) ramped up 3) I would suggest handing out TASKS to members. These tasks could be for example to break down specific sections of the blue print On Wed, Oct 13, 2010 at 8:44 AM, Chad Teal <[email protected]> wrote: > The initial email invite I sent did not work like I thought it would. :) > If you want access send me an email directly and I will invite you > directly. These tasks could be for example to break down specific sections of the blue print 4) Lets get calls on the calendar again But i think we need to break down blue print. We come up with a template for example that would be used for each section of the blue print. This could include videos, documents, etc ... SOmething that puts together the needed material for the member to say, hey im doing QoS today. They open up the QoS folder and they have a document explaining QoS, videos, Q&A etc ... Everything is there to a point that says step 1 ... step 2 ... step 3... I know this is a lot of work. BUT, if we get some order to the group and gather the knowledge we can do it.. We have members who are strong in these respected areas. For example, Jennifer Huber is an expert on the WLC. We have some folks that are strong on wired and know QoS on the wired. Maybe there are teams of people that work on specific items... Just an idea...
