Per suggestion,

I've added an Uploads folder.  Upload new files there.  I will try to get
everything organized better this weekend.  In the meantime, if anyone has
any time fill free to go through and organize.  I'm sure there are
duplicates that need to be purged and a little more logic to the folder
structure wouldn't hurt.
