Good morning,

I was thinking about this some more and wanted to pass this along for your
feedback.

Phase 1 - Collect Active Members Profiles

Phase 2 - Building a folder structure that mirrors the CCIE-W blueprint

Phase 3 - Assign Members to bluerprint objectives to complete the following

Example - I'm going to pick on item 1 of the blueprint "*Implementing the
Network Infrastructure to Support WLANs"*
The members selected for Section 1 would collect information (which a lot
already exist in the currrent folders and apply them to sub folders under
each blueprint). Sub folders might include the follow:

PDF READING
WEB LINKS
VIDEOs
MEETING VIDEOs
OEQ
ETC.

These folders should be LOCKED and only allowed modifications from the
section members and admins. This will stop the confusion we have today in
the mesh folder. Users can freely upload to folders called OPEN PUBLIC for
example. Respected files that are uploaded would be reviewed and moved to
the sub folders by the section members.

This will allow existing and new members an orginized track and focus. For
example, if you are studying section 1. You have most of what you need
without sending HOURS hunting and searching.

I would also suggest getting a calendar, so that members in the group know
who is up next for the written and lab test. Perhaps we can focus on getting
these folks the infromation they need before their big day.

I would also suggest section EXPERTS. I think we have 2 groups here. We have
expert wireless people with basic wired. And we have expert wired with basic
wireless. We need to feed off each other in respect to transfer of
knowledge.

This group may be a 12 -24 month process for each member. The information
collected will aid existing and future members.

And of course all within the NDA. No need to cheat or share specifcis. We
need to know this material inside and out.
