Been looking like crazy but here it is for the reccord:

(2106-A) >config advanced 802.11b channel dca interval 4

(2106-A) >config advanced 802.11b channel dca anchor-time 9

This makes it run every 4 hours instead of the 600 sec default.
and first run is at 9 AM. So next cycle is 13 PM e.t.c

Look for a CLI command.  You're correct that it can't be changed via the GUI.
