Hi Alvin. I had the same problem when I prepared my first lab attempt; I'm not sure how I fix the problem but I want to remember that I increased the eap request timeout up to 30 seconds and worked fine.
The configuration seems to be correct, as I'm resuming the study for my second attempt I hope to try again the next friday to see if I can help you. Best Regards.
