Which version of the lab are you studying for? On version 1 your main concern in regards to the 6500 will be your initial WiSM configuration which is the doc Victor linked to. You may also need to know a little about QoS on the 6500 as it is a little different than the 3560s. At least be aware of the differences between the two.
If you will be attempting the lab after early Nov you will not have to worry about the WiSM configuration but they have added VSS as a requirement so that version of the lab is completely different in regards to the 6500 requirements.
