Really sorry to hear that.  There are very few people that pass within even
2 attempts (I've heard of a couple.)  And, considering that there are
probably fewer than 20 non-Cisco employees that have passed it, no reason to
hang your head on that.

What area gave you the most difficulty with this attempt?  I'm putting
together a list of top things, and my list so far is like this:

1. Switching (this is generally taking people more than the 1.5-2 hours they
need to get it done in)
2. Keeping track of SSIDs, LWAPs, and WLCs
3. Autonomous
4. QoS
