Hi group In section 1 of the DSG (lab workbook 1) we have to configure spanning-tree portfast trunk for WLC Po1 on Cat1 and WLC Po2 on Cat2. As we assume that the WLC1 will not create any loops.
My question is, do I have to enable STP (802.1D or Fast) on WLC1 ports or do I have to disable STP? What I do not understand is, where the spanning-tree algorithm decides to block a port or is this not necessary at all? Thanks and best regards Dominic
