Understand that you would not be guaranteed to get that seat. The person would need to drop, and at about the exact same time, you would need to register for that seat. Plus, in reading what you are saying, you would be paying $3000 (plus VAT for Brussels) - $1500 to the person who dropped and $1500 to Cisco to take the exam.

At the moment there are no free seats available and I definitly would like to go to the Lab before November 15th once again.
