Tracy, I felt your pain with not knowing what you are missing. If you think you got a section right next time you sit the lab just remember to look closely at the show commands. The answer will be inside those show commands as they are using those for the grade book. There are certain things that need to be 100% exact and others that don't, so remember to make sure you are following exactly what they are asking, including the minor details such as naming conventions.
As for speed, are relying on the gui or cli? You should be doing almost everything from the cli.
