I have one interesting case that I am working on. It is configuring a IOS WGB to connect to Capwap AP joined to 5508 that points the SSID to a Anchor 4402 sitting on a DMZ. now the 1242 WGP AP works fine in all aspects. Can ping outside the network etc. However the client on the wire can´t reach anything beyond the anchor WLC VLAN IP. That is on the same network as the default gatway that doesn´t respond from the wired client. I tried to simplify things by taking the WGB to a local VLAN on the 5508 "internal" controller and it works perfectly. So it boils down to the wired client does not work over the Eiop tunnel. I have other EOIP tunnels between those controllers that are working fine. Anyone want share their interest in this, or have tested or know it is a supported configuration ? regards.
