For the NA and NP certifications, definitely pick up the quick reference guides from Cisco Press. I am in the middle of the NA and NP video series, and those are definitely options if you would like a video product to supplement the books/documentation. There is also good stuff on the Cisco Learning Network as well as Cisco.com documentation.
Once you get up to the IE, I would say that the workbooks should be your priority purchase, followed by the videos. You will also be heavily using the cisco.com documentation at this point as well.
