You can get demo licenses for both WCS and ACS using the link I provided earlier in the email chain. If you can find a production WCS license file somewhere, you can use that as long as you name your Windows server the same as the host name referenced in the license file (don't do this in production please).
If you can get the demo MSE server, it has temp licensing.
