Navigate through your control panel until you get to the list of network
interfaces on your PC (Control Panel > Network Sharing Center > Change
Adapter Settings from within Windows 7).  Right-click on your wired NIC and
choose properties.

Find the "Cisco AnyConnect Network Access Manager Filter Driver" entry and
uncheck it.  Now NAM will not manage your wired NIC and it will stay up
when you connect wirelessly.
