Hi all, I have a question regarding Mesh AP Authorization during the lab. I could find two ways to authorize a Mesh AP to join a controller:
- As described in the configuration guide, by adding the Ethernet MAC Address in the MAC Filter list: Security > AAA > MAC Filtering - A more logical configuration (in my opinion) by adding the AP MAC Address in the AP Authorization List: Security > AAA > AP Policies > AP Authorization List What would the valid configuration during the lab? The two configurations actually work, and the second is more elegant to me. But I'm afraid to lose points if it is not configured as per the Cisco configuration guide... Andre.
