Although it is really dependent on the requirements as presented, it's important to keep in mind that native VLAN traffic, since it doesn't have an 802.1Q tag, will always have a default CoS value of 0 (or rather, no CoS value). Since end-to-end QoS maintenance requires that the WLC switchports trust the Cos values, using native VLANs for management traffic would break that. This is because the WLC communicates with the APs using the Management interface.
