um, I try to execute "start /I abc.bat" with CCnet, however the
environment variables are still passed to the new command prompt =(

I did some searches on google and I have tried the mentioned methods.
However, It doesn't work, and therefore I think CCNet does not call
the command.com in a usual way...
yup, It also fails if I add another 14 variables...........
