Ok, I'm not sure if this is a CCNET problem or something else, but we
are seeing a very strange problem where we have builds being labelled
with wrong build numbers. For example, one project created the
following builds: 2638, 2639, 2590, 2640, 2591, 2592, 2593...

The correct build number should be in the 264x range now, but is
2596. When I looked in the /server/ folder, there are .state files
for each project, as well as .state-NEW files for each project. The
regular .state files haven't been modified in over 3 weeks, but
the .state-NEW files have been modified today, which seems to me that
CCNET is using the .state-NEW files?

I'm going to remove the -NEW files and update the build numbers to be
correct and keep and eye on it, but this is very strange behavior, and
I'd really like to avoid this happening again.

Any ideas?
