Hi

the multi source control, allows you to check multiple source controls for
changes.
If one of them has a change, the build is started.

so in the tasks section, you will have the changes from A and B

suppose you have a tast that only me be executed if a change is done in
project A,
it is best to use a single CCNet project.

other configuration is also possible, but requires more work
