Ruben - to answer your questions:
1) Here is my msbuild task section:

2) webdashboard\templates\projectgrid.vm does not have line 220. In
fact, the line you referenced is not there at all.
3) The verbosity you can discern from item 1 - should it be different?
4) The listener file contains data. I actually had it open during a
build, and it was receiving constant updates - so I am sure it is
working.
