take a look at the artifact clean up publisher
http://confluence.public.thoughtworks.org/display/CCNET/Artifact+Cleanup+Publisher

this is what you're after.

you can delete these files alsy by hand, no problem.
The only thing is they will not be visible anymore in the 'recent build'
tabs,
and they do also disapper from the graph in the project overview.

Also, viewing details of that build is not possible anymore ;-)

but these are not mission critical for old builds.
