are you sure that the settings in the ccnet.config are the same as in the
nant script
I think so, but just want to be sure.

also you get a timeout on source control, should there be a
connection/authorisation problem,
you would get the error immediately, and not after X time.


are there any files retrieved via CCNet?
if you look in the working folder, are there any files?
--> maybe it is a large codebase
