abort is what you assumed :
--> abort / kill the current running integration
so it SHOULD terminate all client processes invoked by the build of your
projects
nant, msbuild, exe's ...
if this is not the case, I'll open another issue :-(
you seem to find a few lately ;-)
Stop project means : this project will not listen to any trigger requests
anymore,
untill it is started again.
