After adding the 'category' element in ccnet.config, I'm seeing the
links come up in CCNet 1.4.2. But I have another machine which has
CCNet 1.2.1.7 in it. And I'm not seeing the links there. I was under
the impression that you could apply category in 1.2.1.7
