[ccnet-user] Override AfterCompile target in ccnet.config

Hi,
    I am trying to overide the msbuild aftercompile target in
ccnet.config. I placed the target in CCNet.config and put a message in
it. I ran the script and I dont see the message in the output.
Following is the excerpt from the ccnet.config.
