Hmm. Interesting. I should have thought of running it on the command
line.

Bottom line; devenv.exe is throwing an error in msize.c; line number
88 which is:

retval = (size_t)HeapSize(_crtheap, 0, pblock);

I imagine the important thing is the error message text which is:

Unhandled exception at 0x00e8ff98 in devenv.exe: 0xC0000005: Access
violation.

Believe me, I'm not a C++/Win32 programmer, so most of the above is
not understood by me.

Doe this trigger any ideas?
