Hi Jay, Yes, we are slowly working towards this - although it probably won't be in the next release (there is already a large number of changes going in).
However, if you are willing to look at doing some testing of it for us, I could look at doing some work on it in a separate branch. This branch would then be merged into the trunk when 1.5 is released.
