Hi what is the physical path of your ccnet web application ? it should be C:\Program Files\CruiseControl.NET\webdashboard unless you installed it somewhere else
and just for testing sake, give everyone full control on this folder when you click on the ccnet folder in the left pane of IIS, do you see folders in the right pane?
