in the log should be 'Emailing <build status> to <email.adress>
if that is not in, there is no mail statement done.
--> meaning that CCNet did no call to the mail server
now looking at your config,
the only mail that will be sent is when source control user : John Doe made
a modification.
--> the only known user is John Doe, he is not part of a group, but only
known when he made a change
via the converters
what would you like the email publisher do?
° mail all people that did a change
° mail the buildmaster about the status of the build
° ...
