Found the issue. I already reported back here that the 1.5.0 installer
installs a dashboard.config file in the application folder but I later
got a error that it couldn't find the file under C:\documents and
settings\all users\application data\CruiseControl.NET\WebDashboard
\dashboard.config. So I manually copied the file there and forgot
about it.
All the time I was changing the wrong config file.
