Don't quote me on this as I am not a cc.net developer. I would say
that it will be available in the next release, assuming 1.5.0 will be
the next release. It's currently implemented and working in the 1.5.0
branch.

If you want to try it out pre-release then the lastest build can be
retrieved from here:

Additional exciting features include 'Security'! I know they could do
with some help testing this feature as security can be pretty complex
at the best of times.
