Attempting to install 1.4.4 SP1 on Vista 32-bit. I can browse to / ccnet, but it renders without styling or any images. It is fully functional but clearly there is something causing it not to render normally.
CCService operates fine; projects are processed normally. The only issue is that webdashboard does not look right. I've watched ProcMon (file, registry) while w3wp loads the site and nothing stands out. Anyone see this issue as well? Any thoughts either way?
