Nope, it basically does the job of Simian for free. Simian has ANT tasks and IDE integration, DuplicateFinder has MSBuild tasks.
Simian runs on Java, and .NET fx1.1, DuplicateFinder requires .NET fx2.0 So go with what fits for you. If Simian is running in your environment I wouldn't rip & replace.
