Ok, I think I understand it now, the new exception stuff just affects the static groups and you cannot get rid of the build breakers, it would be nice they would be included in a default group so you can control them, probably I will request that feature :) Also I think I can be able just to email myself using a converter to get rid of all the users but myself.
