We're have some problem where the connection to TFS to check for
modfications is failing. This causes an exception email to be sent out
every 2 minutes when it checks for exceptions. Nothing I do will stop
this message. None of the configurations seem to take. Rebooting the
server does not work. With CCService off, the emails still come. I
change all the destination email addresses, it still sends to the old
one. Anybody know what could be causing this?

I am using 1.5. I had 1.3 installed, I left it installed and the the
service for it is disabled. I wasn't using TFS with 1.3, just SVN. The
exception message is clearly TFS related. I'm using all different
configuration files for 1.5.
