Hello, the user who runs the ASP.NET AppPool of the WebDashboard needs at least read permissions to the webdashboard installation folder (document root). If you want to use the AdministrationPlugin, it also required write permissions and a password set in dashboard.config.
If the requirements are fulfilled you can login and enable your plugins, like msbuild results, nunit results ,etc and add new servers or edit exitings ones. Was this your issue? Afaik there was nothing changed between RC1 and release on the administration and ncover report plugin. Please provide more information if you've still this issue.
