UPDATE

I have determined that my problem is that there are spaces in some of
my paths.
C:\Program Files\NCover\NCover.Reporting.exe
C:\Program Files\NCover\NCover.Console.exe
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 9.0\Common7\IDE\MSTest.exe

Is there a way to modify these paths so that CCNET can handle them?
