[ccnet-user] no projects found

Hi all

I've been using cruisecontrol.net for a couple of years now.

Recently, I've updated my server (.net 4.0, windows updates, etc).

CruiseControl.net stopped working...

I've even tried upgrading it to the latest version (1.5.. I was using
1.4 prior to the issues)


My log shows "No projects found"


I've even tried a clean config (below), but the server still can't
find projects...

Any clues/suggestions would be much appreciated.
