Hey KI, Check in the EventViewer for why the service is stopping, most often by mistake some special characters would be inserted in the config file (CCNetValidator should tell you that), if not collapse the projects and have a single project try starting the service for one project after the other you will atleast get to know if its any new project which you added is causing the XML not being well formed...!
