[ccnet-user] Installation Issues and Javascript Error Options is back

I made the recommended modifications to jquery.ccnet.js and it worked
like a charm.  I upgrade another server with CC 1.5 and the error is
back on both servers.  One server has the modifications and the other
server does not and they both behave the same way giving me the same
error.  I copied jquery.ccnet.js from the working server to the new
server and now neither server work.
