Hi

about 1, that seems like a bug, issue logged in
http://jira.public.thoughtworks.org/browse/CCNET-1999

about 2:
There is a patch outstanding for cctray with tabs, this patch has a 'Broken'
tab
so you can easily see broken projects.
http://jira.public.thoughtworks.org/browse/CCNET-1291

Also there is Cradiator :
http://cradiator.codeplex.com/
a wpf app that shows the status of ccnet.

I recently provided a patch that allows you to define 'views'
like in your case you have 200 apps, so displaying 200 statusses on 1 screen
does not
give much of an overview. Now you can set some filters so you see a certain
set only.
for example all ccnet projects starting with 'Finance'.

I also provided a patch for only showing broken projects, but that has not
been comiited yet
