Take a look at :
\project\WebDashboard\Plugins\ProjectReport\ProjectReportProjectPlugin.cs
this shows you how to pass stuff to velocity.
Basically :
° implement ICruiseAction
° in the Execute method, you have a CruiseRequest argument
and with this you can access all kinds of info of the cruise server
° populate a hashlist with the data
° call the viewGenerator to transform the .vm file
