Why are you trying to install two different CI servers? CruiseControl.net is different from CruiseControl. You can use either of them but I think you are wrong trying to use both. If you want to use CC.net then you should install it ( http://confluence.public.thoughtworks.org/display/CCNET/Documentation , section "Getting Started") on your Deployment server, then you can hook it with a source control provider and communicate with him either via the dashboard (website hosted on your deploy server) or via CCTray (a soft that runs in your local machine).
