Hi Arieh,

I've had a quick play with the suggested fix, but it doesn't make any
difference. I added the method FixEnvironmentVariables() and then called it
just before the process is started (line 171 in ProcessExecutor.) However
when I check the environment variable names they are still being lower-cased
:-(

I'm not sure how else we can fix this - any suggestions?

Slightly off topic and hijacking the thread - but I never got a
