[ccnet-user] Specify the # of days in the Build Overview on the Project Report

I would like to define the number of days to summarize in the Build
Overview on the Project Report page.  In the ProjectReport.vm
template, there are variables "$OKPercent" and "$NOKPercent" that seem
to define this.  Can someone explain how these variables are set and
how I should modify them?
