Hi,
I would like to get the Aaron Jensen's fix for CCNET-2036 on 1.6. I
have got 1.6.7981.1 installed.

Usually in the past when I was having some annoying bug and I was
noticing on Jira or on the source history that had been fixed, I was
going to the CCNet live, find out there it had been fixed, getting the
corresponding dev build and deploy it, accepting the risk of the
additional changes for the opportunity that they were going to add
more fixes. Unfortunately it seems this was fixed in the interim
between the handover from Thoughtworks, so in the new CCNet Live I can
see the change applied by Ruben Willems (http://build.nauck-it.de/
server/build.nauck-it.de/project/CruiseControl.NET/build/
log20110405210604Lbuild.1.5.635.8038.xml/ViewBuildReport.aspx), but I
can see that as labelled 1.5, and I cannot fathom how and if the
branches were migrated from SourceForge to GitHub.

If I understand correctly, nowadays I have got those options:

1. get the source for 1.6 (1.6.7981.1) and apply Aaron Jensen's fix
myself, build, and use the generated assembly to hotfix my live ccnet
servers.
2. upgrade to 1.7.
3. find out if the old dev build are available somewhere;
4. find out if the old 1.6 branch is available somewhere, and if the
fix for CCNET-2036 had been applied, get that, and build myself.

Is there any further option, and which one would you advise me to
follow? I am managing 17 ccnet build servers, 12 of which on 1.6, so I
must confess that I I will have to somewhat put that on the equation.

Kind regards,
Alessandro Riolo
