Has this been actioned?
Because I am running version 1.8 CC and i am still getting this error and 
have to modify the failed users list so that the solution will build again.
It isn't really possibly for the history to be cleansed in my case, since 
too much has happened in the mean time that rewritting the history would be 
difficult.

I'm running windows server 2008 r2  with IIS7 and CC installed as a windows 
service.
