exactly...you should employ the same user context in the CC.NET service that you did on the command line. If that means changing the CC.NET service logon user to your local user account, or logging in as the CC.NET domain user (what ever that is...) then that should do it. Also, again....restarting may also be key as I'm not sure (without trying it) what changing the logon/run as credentials does in the SCM. It may require manual restart.
