you're using the console program to run 1 project. This is mostly done to diagnose problems with a build script or settings in CCNet, not using CCNet as a build server.
it is best to use the service, or if you want to use the console, just enter CCNet, and no arguments. That will run CCNet, and wait for triggers to fire (interval triggers, force build triggers, ...)
